CROTTEAU, Lloyd E.
(August 15, 1934 - August 4, 2011)
Lloyd E. Crotteau, age 76, of Canton, WI died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at his home.

He was born on August 15, 1934 in Rice Lake, WI to William and Helen (Heuer) Crotteau. Lloyd attended school in Canton, drove school bus in Canton, worked at the Canton Feed Mill and also worked for Birchwood Manufacturing in Rice Lake, WI for more than 35 years retiring in 1991. Lloyd was married to Josephine Slayton in 1962 at Haugen, WI. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling and dart ball.

Lloyd Crotteau is survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Dave & Carmen Crotteau of Cameron, WI, Dan & Chris Crotteau of Cameron, WI and Doug Crotteau of Rice Lake, WI; 5 grandchildren, Amanda, Jeremy (Jessica), Tyler, Ryan and Matthew; 4 brothers, Jerry Crotteau of Cameron, WI, Dale Crotteau of Barron, WI, Robert Crotteau of Cameron, WI and Denny Crotteau of Canton, WI; 2 sisters, Carolyn Engstrom of Canton, WI and Linda VanLanen of Green Bay, WI; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine Crotteau; his parents, William and Helen Crotteau; 2 brothers, Ray and Kenny Crotteau; and 2 sisters, Arlene Davis and Pat Frisinger.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Monday, August 8, 2011 at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI, Fr. James Powers officiating, with interment in the Pine Grove Cemetery at Cameron, WI where Military Rites will be accorded him. Visitation will be held from 4 - 8 PM Sunday and for 1 hour prior to the service at Appleyard's Home for Funerals.
